How does my gear, gemming and enchants look? Anything I should change? Reforge differently? I got a sweet deal on the belt, while I think the Rep one is better (I am unsure though) it was only 600g on the AH so I bought it.
Any tips?

Looks good - the belt from rep is definitely better but it's not going to break you - you want at least 1500 haste, and you're over 1700 so you're good to go. Take what you can get, good looking paladin.

Yeah the Rep belt is perfectly itemized, but fuck everything about getting Rep on alts, just wait until you get the Rep belt from Firelands.
All your reforging is correct and you gemmed for the right socket bonuses and skipped the bad ones.
The only suggestion I have, if anything, is using Glyph of Divinity in lieu of Light of Dawn or even Divine Protection. It's situational at best, but it can provide a nice backup source of mana for more intensive encounters.
